Instructions:
Prep time- 45 min. Makes 4 large servings Mix together raisins, walnuts, and 8oz. Garlic and Herb honey creme (will work better if honey is slightly warmed) in a saucepan. Stuff roast with mixture, tie-up with string. Rub outside of roast with salt and pepper. Cook in smoker until meat temperature reaches 170 degrees. Brush remaining Garlic and Herb honey creme on roast and wrap in foil. Place back on smoker for 1 hour. Slice and serve. |
